Privacy Policy

Noesis Performance ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Noesis Library mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider through Firebase Authentication. We use this solely to identify your account and allow you to sign back in.

Library content. The App includes a shared Exercise Library and Equipment Library that all signed-in users can view. Admin-created entries — including names, descriptions, tags, images, and videos — are stored on our cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud and Bunny.net CDN) and are visible to all users of the App.

Reference data. Sections such as Formulas, Constants, Abbreviations, Dictionary, Graphs, and Tables contain general reference content maintained by our team. This content is not personal to any individual user.

Feedback submissions. If you choose to submit feedback through the Feedback Hub, the text of your message, your selected category, and your account identifier are stored in our cloud database and are visible to administrators. You may delete your own feedback submissions at any time from within the App.

App News and Fun Facts. News announcements and loading-screen fun facts are admin-curated content stored in our cloud database and displayed to all signed-in users. No personal data is involved.

Data stored only on your device. The following features store data locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers:

Personal notes you attach to exercises or equipment
Items you have marked as favorites
Items you have chosen to hide
Your recently viewed items
Your preferred display names for exercises
Your subscription status cache (used for offline access checks)

Subscription information. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. We receive only a confirmation of subscription status from Apple to determine whether your account has an active subscription.

We do not collect: location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the App.

2. How We Use Information

To authenticate you and maintain your session
To operate and display the shared Exercise/Equipment Library and reference databases
To display App News and loading-screen content
To allow administrators to review and respond to feedback you submit
To verify your subscription status and grant access to premium content
To respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage) — handles account authentication and cloud data storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Bunny.net — a content delivery network used to serve exercise video content. Subject to Bunny.net's Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store / StoreKit — handles all subscription billing and payment processing. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Account and content data is stored using Google Firebase, operated by Google LLC. Video content is delivered via Bunny.net CDN. Device-local data (notes, favorites, hidden items, recently viewed) never leaves your device.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may delete feedback you submitted at any time from the "My Feedback" section of the App.
You may clear locally stored data (notes, favorites, hidden items) by uninstalling the App.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
You may sign out at any time from the Settings screen.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App Store age rating (currently 9+) describes the maturity of the content in the App. It is not the minimum age to create an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Noesis Library. The App is intended for a general professional fitness and coaching audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices, including Firebase Authentication and access-controlled cloud storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
